The Umeshu Plumity Green is made from these Suiko plums infused in the Ginjo Sake with a refined taste of Takagaki Shuzo.

It is characterized by a refreshing aroma and a palette of tropical flavors.

The nose is frank and it offers a refreshing aroma evoking the fresh white grapes and the green apple, reminiscent of the white wine, floral and fruity notes reminiscent of the roundness of Nashi, fishing, the apricot.

The flavors recall the sweet flavor of tropical fruits, green plum, beautiful acidulated notes. The sugar does not sature and the whole offers a slight astringency, a little citrus and the fruit of the passion or acidulous candy.
