Quebec grilled salmon blend is a creation full of flavors, combining in a subtle way the sweet and the salty.
Honeyed notes of maple are very present, mustard and pepper touch discreet, just enough to spice up the whole.

Tips for use : this seasoning lends itself particularly well to oily fish (salmon, mackerel, eel, sardine, halibut) and cephalopods (squid, octopus, cuttlefish).

Ideally, apply your mixture on the fish flesh and let it rest 1 hour before cooking.
