      The Toyama Prefecture, this saké's production region, is very famous for the quality of its seafood, fish, shrimp and other shellfish.
      Sake Sake Ginban Junmai Daiginjo Kome No Sin is made from Yamadanishiki rice from the Hyogo Prefecture, the highest quality rice for the manufacture of saké, and water from the sources of the Kurrobe River, one of the 100 famous waters for the brewing of Sake in Japan.
      As his name evokes, the rice is slowly polite until "core" (his name "Kome No Shin" has for direction the inspiration from the core of rice) for 48 hours, then it mature at low temperature for a long time.
      With an appearance revealing a golden glow in a crystalline case, the first flavor evokes the honeysuckle with small white flowers.
      Then, comes a superb fruity aroma, all of which sugarse and deep reminiscent of white fishing or lychee.
      It is a dry saké on the palate with green bamboo and chervil perfumes, while the taste, deep and mellow, is characteristic of the saké produced with water from the source.
      This saké is recognized for its ability to enhance the taste of food.
