Umeshu plumity pink 12.1% 720 ml

This magnificent umeshu has the elegance and delicacy of a rosé wine.

It has a pretty old pink color with light silver reflections, color of the pink face of the ume plums at perfect maturity.

This plum wine is elaborated by macerating plums "tsuyu akane" (sharp red plums from a cross between the plum and the Japanese apricot) in Sake Ginjo Detakagaki Shuzo. The assembly with nankou plums makes it possible to obtain a perfect balance between the aroma of the ginjo saké, the flavor of plum and the characteristic acidity of the Tsuyu Akane.

The aromas are round, sweet, mature fruit, rich and complex accents. The flavors, not too sweet, are first floral and then evolve towards the acidic strawberry. The final is drier.
