Umeshu Plumity Pink 12.1% 720 ml

This magnificent umeshu has the elegance and delicacy of a rosé wine.

It has a nice old pink color with light silver reflections, color of the pink face of the plums with perfect maturity.

This plum wine is made by macerating "Tsuyu Akane" plums (high red plums from a cross between plum and Japanese apricots) in Takagaki Shuzo sake ginjo. The combination with Nankou plums allows a perfect balance between the aroma of the ginjo sake, the plum flavor and the acidity characteristic of the Tsuyu Akane.

The aromas are round, sweet, ripe fruit, rich and complex accents. The flavors, not too sweet, are first floral and then evolve towards the sour strawberry. The finish is drier.
