Heiwa Shuzo was originally a Sake brewery founded by a Buddhist temple. "Muralozan" comes from the name of the temple of the time, "Muralozan Choganji". This is the high-end series of the Kid brand, whose goal is to create the most delicious saké in Japan. For this series, only Yamada Nishiki rice from the special area A is used for the manufacture of saké. Using Kishu's fresh and pure water, Kid's origin, "Muralozan" seeks to get the supreme taste that reflects Kishu's terroir.
