      Miwatari Connection is a junmai ginjo saké designed to be kept in wine drums.
      Connection refers to the "link" between brewed alcoholic beverages and the "link" between people across the Sake. It was baptized "connection" in the hope that these links are still deepening.

      This saké preserved in wine barrels used in cellars of the Nagano prefecture offers a balance between the unique aroma of wine barrels and a pleasant acidity.
      The Sake Miwatari Connection Junmaishu has the aroma and the rich and wide body of the wine Merlot proved to Nagano Merlot aged in the same barrels.
      You will appreciate the nose of mature apple and chamomile, a sweet-acidulous delight. To enjoy cool with ice cubes.
      Will ideally accompany grilled meats, poisons and smoked meats, the pasta created.
      "MIWATARI", which takes its name from the sacred ice formations that appear every winter on the Suwa Lake. This saké, elaborated with passion and know-how by young brewers of the brewery, highlights Nagano's terroir, with a balance between umami, acidity and a refreshing finish.
