Fish and meat blotting paper

This blotting paper is omnipresent at the butchers and fishmongers in Japan, whether craftsmen or wholesalers.

The surface of the film contains marine minerals that have a bacteriostatic effect, preventing discoloration (by reduction of negative ions) and loss of consistency, and retaining freshness and food flavors.

This blottle also preserves a good level of brilliance of the flesh. Excess exudate and moisture is absorbed by the holes (perforated) of the film to the surface of nonwoven fabric, which maintains the surface of the food at a suitable moisture level.

The 100% paper pulp is hygienic and, of course, creped, so it is supple and peelable. This blotting paper is very strong and resistant to tear, even when it is wet! The smooth part applies against flesh.
