Furikake are tasty Japanese condiments that are traditionally sprinkled on rice, fish, composed salads, vegetables.

There are many varieties of Furikake, typical mixtures generally comprising roasted sesame seeds, nori alga, fish or dried crustaceans, wasabi, salt, sugar, vegetables. Dehydrated ....

Its appearance in Japanese cuisine would date from the beginning of the 20th century and aimed to fight against calcium deficiencies. A Kyushu pharmacist has created the first Furikake to be added to the rice. It was at the time of dried fish edges, crushed and combined with flakes of Nori and grilled sesame seeds. Today, the Furikakes are omnipresent in Japanese cuisine to bring flavor to rice, fish, vegetables, onigiri, makis and sushi, eggs, composed salads, poke bowls ...

The Yuzu Kosho is an emblematic condiment of Kyushu Iske, made based on yuzu, pepper and salt.

This Furikake perfectly returns the flavors of this condiment: raised, peppened, with a lot of freshness, with the powerful notes of fresh citrus bark. It perfectly accommodates onigiri, the makis, dirty compounds, white rice, pasta plates, carpaccios of meat and fish.
