The soy sauce Tamari, base of this ponzu, does not contain wheat since it is made from soy beans.

The house Igeta Shoyu, our craftsman, made for more than a century traditional exceptional soy sauces.

The powerful soy sauce Tamari is generously embellished with 30% yuzu juice and Daidai juice (this fruit, unweisted with reverid mature to mature again the next season), mirin, rice vinegar, saké and Kombu seaweed.

The result is incredible freshness, deeply tatted notes.

This ponzu is a great, natural, without any additive or coloring or exhaustor of taste.

Rich in flavor, it wonderfully marries with olive oil to raise salads of raw, carpaccios of meats, seaweed, fish, shells, beef tataki or salmon, fish or meat grilled.

This ponzu is also suitable for oysters, whether fresh or breaned.
