This jelly is elaborated from the best yuzu juice of the Ehimé prefecture, manually picked perfect maturity.

The juice, decorated with natural sugar and pectin, is cooked in the artisanal cauldron, by small quantity. Opaque appearance, this frost surprises with its vivacity, its freshness, its invigorating acidity, its acidulous mouth.

This product will perfectly suit chocolateers, pastries, cooks, glaciers, and can be used as a base or as a condiment.

This jelly will accompany a foie gras, smoked salmon, a duck breast, a goat cheese or a fresh cheese ...

It will be surprising, diluted in hot water, to make it a simple, fruity, fresh, natural infusion.
