      The Superior Taste Award are awarded, by the International Taste Institute, by more than 200 members of a carefully selected expert jury based on their experience in tasting.
      Their talents are recognized in competitions of chefs and sommeliers or renowned institutions such as the Michelin or Gault & Millau Guide.

      Our cooking tips :

      - Boil a liter of water for 100 g of Sommen.
      - From a boil, add the hullars and cook 1mn30 to 2 minutes stirring.

      Made from premium flour, crystal clear water from the Ibo River in the Harima region and salt from Ako, Ibonoito tenobe (hand-stretched) sômen noodles are meticulously crafted by the most skilled culinary artists after maturing several times in a traditional manufacturing process that originated in the Banshu region some 600 years ago.
