Yuzu Kosho Traditional Green

Very popular on the island of Kyushu, the Yuzu Kosho of Kushino Noen, Ota Prefecture, is made from dried bark of Yuzu Organic Green, called "Seihi". These yuzu are cultivated by our craftsman forever. Yuzu bark dough is mixed with green pepper and marine salt to give birth to this emblematic condiment of Japan.
