Nearly eighteen months of research led us on Kôchi prefecture to discover a real wonder.

The Yuzu powder we offer is derived from a fast dehydration by atomization of Yuzu juice.
It takes seven and a half of high quality Yuzu juice to produce 1 kg of Yuzu powder.
The powder obtained is added from dextrin to protect it against oxidation or deterioration.
On the palate, it is powerful, of a perfectly balanced acidity, without bitterness and will make you perfect freshness and flavor of yuzu.
