    This very nice sake will suit as many people as possible. The aroma is elegant and somewhat discreet, with fruity and floral notes, banana, muscat grapes, apple, pear, melon and some honey accents. Some find citrus flavours and some tips evoking the acidity of red fruits, all in a very pleasant set to drink with a touch of umami.
