      The Junmai Ginjo Muralozan offers a fruity and opulent aroma reminiscent of white fishing, lychee and muscat grapes, subtly accompanied by a milky shade. It offers a remarkably transparent mouth from where a rich sweetness, fine acidity and fruity umami grow generously.

      Its flexible and three-dimensional texture is exceptionally beautiful, with a gentle bitterness evoking citrus zest that subtly emerges in the background, enhancing the complexity of the flavor. Immediately after tasting, a persistent aftertaste is gradually developing, then graciously ends with a fast and pleasant freshness.       Heiwa Shuzo was originally a Sake brewery founded by a Buddhist temple. "Muralozan" comes from the name of the temple of the time, "Muralozan Choganji".

      This is the high-end series of the Kid brand, whose goal is to create the most delicious saké in Japan. For this series, only Yamada Nishiki rice from the special area A is used for the manufacture of saké. Using Kishu's fresh and pure water, Kid's origin, "Muralozan" seeks to get the supreme taste that reflects Kishu's terroir.
