The Arared Bubu filling is known to all Washoku's enthusiasts, traditional Japanese cuisine.

The Arara Bubu is a traditional Kyoto ingredient consisting of tiny snarled rice crackers, shaped small balls, manufactured only from sticky rice.

Traditionally, they are sprinkled on the "Ochazuke", a dish made up of rice covered with hot tea and / or dashi broth. These small crispy rice pearls are traditionally used as a tuning tartar for example.

These tiny blown rice crackers made only from sticky rice add a nice hazelnut flavor and a unique crunch. The Arared Bubu can also be used as a pasta, rice, risottos, carpaccios, broths or composed salads, and the result is deliciously crisp for your temporas and other breaks.

The tests are also conclusive with chocolate! In Japan the Arara Bubu is very often used as an alternative to "Panko" to fry your fish, your chicken or tofu!
