The ponzu is a sauce condiment Japanese with bases soy sauce and citrus juice.

The Ponzu Pon de Dore gives pride of place to the chiboule. The Toyama Prefecture is renowned for its Ciboules crops.

When the celebrations are harvested in winter, under the snow, their flavors are particularly concentrated.

Vegetables harvested in winter are known for their richness of free amino acids (547 mg / 100g, high concentration of alanine, glutamate, asparagine, serine, glutamine ...) and their sweet taste.

Selected ingredients made in Toyama prefecture or Japan are used. This ponzu is guaranteed without preservatives, neither dyes nor synthesis sweeteners. Its oil-free manufacturing method is used for the product to be poor in calories.

The Ponzu Pon de Dore to the Ciboule is reputed, in Toyama, tasting grilled meats or grilled vegetables, for Japanese Nabe (Shabu-Shabu / Mizutaki / Yudoufu) ...

This seasoning is also very popular for composed salads and vegetable dishes.
