Ohgon NO AJI sauce can be used for a wide range of dishes, grilled meats to ordinary accompanying dishes, sautées and, as a secret ingredient for curry, yakisoba and jumped rice.

"Ohgon no aji" (Golden taste) is a rich and fruity barbecue sauce for grilled meats very appreciated by yakiniku specialty restaurants. The power of mixed fruits makes the meat even more tasty. This sauce can be used to marinate or soak grill. We recommend using 15 to 25% of this sauce depending on the amount of raw meat to be cooked. This sauce can also be used for jumped vegetables and jumped noodles. In Japan, Yakiniku is a very popular family and festive dish and this barbecue sauce is always welcome. Prepared with many fruits like apple, fishing, plum, this rich and slightly sweet sauce is a real enchantment for vegetables and beef meats, pork, chicken for those who love a little spice, this version is moderately spicy.
