Sakura cherry blossoms in syrup

The flowers Sakura cherry trees exhale delicious fragrances of amandon. In order to keep their colors and flavors, as soon as they harvest, the flowers are kept in salt.

This does not alter the texture or aromas. They are then desaliated and then placed in a syrup based on plum vinegar and sugar. Each flower is then checked and disposed between two tabs until gathering 100 pieces. A flash pasteurization is performed to ensure good preservation.
