Yuzu essence

This mode of manufacture is unique in the world: the essence of Yuzu is extracted by centrifugation of the entire fruit pressed, and is characterized by its freshness and its sweet bitterness.
Yuzu is indeed first fresh pressed, and the oil is extracted by centrifugation before being filtered and conditioned.
Natural essence is a very powerful perfume product, and is used to the dropper.
The usual proportion to add to your preparation is 0.1% (either, for example, 1 g for 10 kg).
Note that this essence is oily, and can not be used to perfume drinks (it would float on the surface and could not mix in a homogeneous way).
