      This traditional little press is widely used by many individuals in Japan as well as in small country restaurants.

      The tofu is wrapped in a food tulle and placed in his press. The plate is then affixed to the tofu and a weight placed on to make the residual milk from the tofu elaps.
      We thus obtain a firm tofu, easy to fry or to taste as it is.
      You can also place your Japanese rice after having fulfilled Furikake or other food and make onigiri and Oshizushi (Sushi pressed). Use the same way to squeeze.
