This grater Is ideal for the Wasabi but also ginger, white radish Daikon, black radish, carrots, citrus (orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, yuzu) ...

To grate only citrus zest without albedo and thus avoid bitterness, it is unique.
To take the materials on the grater without difficulty, use the bamboo scraper for OroShikane.
Take care to pass the brush horizontally (and not from top to bottom).
