Kara-Age Frying for Meat and Fish Donuts

No additional seasoning is necessary.

Our perfect agreements :
- Mix 200 g kara-age flour with 200 g of sparkling water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, then add for example 1K G of boneless chicken legs cut into cubes from 30 to 40 g.
- Frying these mouth bites in a fryer at + 180 ° C
- Once well gold (4 min 30 to 5 min 30), remove oil and place on an absorbent paper
