Born from the meeting between the French terroir and the Japanese flavors, our cider in Yuzu is elaborated in France, in Brittany.

We recommend the tasting of this cider at an ideal temperature of + 8 ° C, in a wide-base and tight-neck curved glass to concentrate the perfumes and release the best aromas. It is recommended to delicately return the cider bottle before opening to homogenize natural deposits.

The cider comes from the fermentation of apple must by natural yeasts that will transform the alcohol sugar. The process frees carbon dioxide making the finely sparkling drink.
