This tea matcha is elaborated from a special tea, the Kabuse Cha, with the beautiful green blue color (the tea leaves, again on the tree, are sheltered from the sun by caches a week before harvest).

The green tea Contains a large amount of good elements for the body: vitamin E, vitamin C, food fiber, amino-butyric acid, beta-carotene, fluorine and catechin.
Catechin helps regulate blood glucose and blood pressure, reduce triglycerides and cholesterol, and also to purify transit. A large amount of caffeine is also present, renowned for preventing drowsiness, reduce fatigue and act against migraines.

Our perfect agreements : The recommended amount is 1 g for 10 cl of beverage.
The grind is so fine that you can also dilute this tea with fresh water or cold milk.
