      Tea leaves are exclusively harvested in Dôsenbô, Minamisanjo, Souraku-Gun, Kyoto Prefecture. The terroir is renowned about connoisseurs. Indeed, this tea is grown at altitude (400 to 500 meters) and without shading.

This tea is very elegant, dense, round and sweet, soft, fresh, hints invigorating and subtle. In infusion, this tea has a light yellow color. This tea can use table or accompaniment to pastry.
