      Nizakana "literally means" fish mijotized ". Darnes or fish fillets are simmered in saké and soy sauce. The sauce is generally sweet with mirin and / or sugar.

      This is the simplest and most popular method for cooking fish in Japan. Depending on the type of fish, you can add ginger or garlic. The snapper, the mackerel, the tuna, the cod, the Colin, the carrier, the plaies ... and the fish of the family of bonas all are suitable.
