      These are small steamed soybean beans, seeded by the bacterium "Bacillus subtilis natto, in order to be fermented.

      How to eat the Natto?

      The Natto is very present at the time of the traditional Japanese breakfast. Everyone aggregates him in his own way. We recommend you seasoned with slightly sweet soy sauce, Karachi mustard or strong fresh mustard, an egg yolk and crumbs from Nori.

      Mix everything and feast. 50g Natto rehydrated are enough for a person. We also recommend it for the making of the "Gunkan Maki": the rice is surrounded by a lamella of Nori whose edges exceed 1.5 cm in height.

      The Natto, a cail egg yolk is added, a kit of Karachi mustard, a grated ginger tip if you like, a little chopped or chive chive and the turn is played. For tasting, SASHIMI special soy sauce will fit perfectly to season the bite. The natto we offer is unique, because lyophilized.

      The conservation problem does not arise.

      Simply rehydrate the desired quantity. For 2 people, take 20g of natto lyophilized and put the beans well flat in a small hollow plate. Add 2.5 tablespoons water and let rehydrate for 3 to 4 hours. Mix well before tasted and seasoning with a little salt or soy sauce. Then consume immediately.
