Jabarise Kitayama Co., Ltd. Is the only Japanese company owned by a commune, entirely financed by the municipality of Kitayama, cradle of jabara crop.

This enterprise was created with the aim of perpetuating and developing the activity related to jabara, which has long been carried out by the municipality of Kitayama, and contributing to regional revitalization through the private sector initiative.

It offers a full guarantee of safety and security through full control. The new production facility was completed in November 2023. Thanks to this new installation, the internal production of canned bottles and products is now possible, which improves the quality of the products. The new plant also contributes to job creation and development in the village of Kitayama.

The company obtained the food safety certification "JFS-B" in February 2025. The production is carried out within the framework of a strict product safety management system, which gives priority to safety and quality.
