This is the first panko guaranteed gluten free offered on the market. It is made exclusively from Japanese rice "Uruchi", without a food additive or the least fat.

This panko Reduces total oil absorption by about 40% compared to other wheat breeds.
It preserves its crisp texture of Panko breadcrumbs even after cooling.
