      This salt is recommended for seasoning grilled meats such as yakitori or beef tongue, as a final touch for simmered dishes, tempuras or fried foods, replacing traditional shichimi on udon, sobas, rice bowls or fondues

      It is composed of traditional shichimi spices and dried green onions.
      It is a variant of classic togarashi shichimi (Japanese mixture of seven spices). This version adds cebette for more depth.
