Shiro Shoyu's white soy sauce stands out for its clear color.

Its use in seasoning does not alter, therefore, the color of the food.

In Japan, it is renowned for its pre-setting seasonal colors. Warranty without dye or sweetening or other additive or conservative, it is relatively salty.

On a daily basis, it raises soups and other broths, salted blanks (Chawanmushi), noodles, braised vegetables, Japanese fondue (Nabe), short broth fish, seasoned rice (Takikomi gohan) ...

This soy sauce is subject to change of staining with cooking (amino acids, in the presence of natural sugars of soy sauce, brown at high temperature) or after opening (the bottle, as it empties, contains more oxygen and causes natural oxidation). We recommend a refrigerator conservation if you want to keep it its light color.

This soy sauce remains without any consumable concern after its color change.
