1. object
The society Nishikidori organizes a free game without obligation to buy "Sakura Box 2026", available on its Instagram account @nishikidori.epicerie.japonaise

2. Conditions of participation
The game is open to any major person living in metropolitan France (excluding Dom-Tom), with an Instagram account or valid Facebook.
Participation involves the unreserved acceptance of this Regulation.
3. Terms of participation
The March 23 The organizer will publish a post with the conditions of participation and the presentation of the lot to win.
To participate, just:

No other form of participation will be accepted.
4. Designation of the winners
The winner will be designated by draw, from the moment the conditions of participation are respected.
5. Staffing
The winner will receive:

The staffing is neither exchangeable nor refundable nor transferable.
The shipping costs in metropolitan France are the responsibility of the organizer.
6. Announce winners
The winner will be contacted privately within 72 hours after the end of the game.
It will have to communicate its postal details, email address and phone number to receive its lot.
Unanswered within 5 days, the lot can be reassigned.
7. Responsibilities
Instagram is neither organizer nor associated with the game and can not be held responsible.
The organizer can not be held responsible:
technical dysfunctions,
not received messages,
incorrect coordinates transmitted by the participants.
8. Personal data
Participants' data (only those of the winner) are used exclusively for the routing of the lots.
They will not be kept or reused after sending.
9. Modification / Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the game in case of force majeure or necessity without compensation.
10. Acceptance of the Regulation
Participation in the game implies the full acceptance of this Regulation.
