Sanbokan Juice 750 ml

Sanbokan citrus fruit is a hybrid most commonly classified in the lemon family. Its peel is quite thick and easy to peel. Its flavors are reminiscent of ripe lemon, very fruity and sweet, or a mixture of sweet orange and grapefruit, with less bitterness and balanced acidity.

The fruits are picked at peak ripeness on the hillsides surrounding the town of Arida in Wakayama Prefecture. Only the pulp is pressed. This juice is flash pasteurized for good preservation and to prevent alteration of the fragrances.

It is guaranteed free of additives, colorings, and preservatives. Sanbokan is said to be one of the sweetest lemon varieties in the world, combining the acidity of lemon with a surprising sweetness similar to honey.
