Recipe idea with Red Curry
Bake meat and vegetables of your choice, add 600 ml of water and simmer until ingredients are tender. Turn off the heat, add 1 bag of curry roux, stir slowly to dissolve and return to the heat to simmer. Vegetable fibres may remain, but this is not a quality problem. When dissolving the roux, always turn off the heat before adding it to the pan.
