      Its rice reached the 5-star Master level, the highest rank of the Masters making these rice the ultimate in the field in Japan and the world.

      The Kiramizuki rice is a very rare new variety from Shiga Prefecture, cultivated without pesticide. It is said that this rice shines like Lake Biwa. His grain is pretty fleshy and his texture not too sticky.
