For one person, 2 to 12g of dried seaweed are required depending on whether it is an appetizer or an entrée.
Ideally, pour the seaweed into a fi ne strainer to rinse lightly and then rehydrate in 1L of fresh water for 10 minutes.
You will get 10 times the original weight.
Our perfect combination : we recommend that you garnish your salad with a sunomono or kanisu condiment vinegar for a cold tasting (add in this case cherry tomatoes and lettuce) or to pan it quickly by serving it with a melted salted butter.
