Our recommendation :
For one person, put 2 to 3 teaspoons of tea (about 4g) in the teapot.
Pour the water at 90°C (20-25 cl for one person).
Let infuse for 50 seconds (the tea leaves begin to open slightly) then pour slowly into the cup, evenly, until the last drop.
