A unique, bitterness-free juice made from fruit grown in the heart of Wakayam Province. It combines the acidic notes of grapefruit and green mandarin with the sweetness of mandarin mikan.

- 1 x 210g Home made Yuzu jelly (Ref: NISYTE6)
This jelly is made from the juice of the finest yuzu from Ehimé Prefecture, hand-picked when perfectly ripe.

- 1 x 210g Home made Yuzu from Kôchi puree (Ref: NISYTE-D)
This product is made from the finest natural yuzu from Kôchi prefecture. It has a generous, fresh flavour with a light bitterness.
The fruit dominates, and the sugar remains discreet. The texture is slightly crunchy.

- 1 x 5g Yuzu shichimi , Yuzu 7 spices mix (Ref: NISIK2)
Ideal for sprinkling over hot soba or udon noodles, in soups (miso and others), on chicken and white or red meat kebabs, vegetables (sautéed or pickled), raw vegetable salads, carpaccios, meat or fish tartars, marinades (meat and fish).
