This sauce is mainly composed of many Kitakyushu vegetables mixed with two types of soy sauce to create a deep sweetness.

Its use is simple.

Just add to the skillet to sauté its udon or soba noodles to create authentic yakiudon or yakisoba! This sauce is also ideal for veggies woks, tonkatsu breaded porks, takoyaki meatballs.
