This yuzu essence is 100% natural. In Japan, they talk about «cold pressed yuzu oil». Yuzu citrus is squeezed and then centrifugated in order to extract essential oil, then oil is filtered.

Our yuzu essence expresses a strong freshness and delicate bitterness. Natural yuzu essence is enjoying a very strong flavoring power, therefore it is recommended to use a dropper.
Basically speaking, you will just have to add 0.10% yuzu essence to flavor your dishes (or 1g per 10 kg of product).
Please note that this essence is oily and will not therefore be suitable for flavoring beverages (it would float on surface and would not homogeneously mix).

Our perfect combination : this natural essence is recommended for pastries or candies, or to bring out the flavor of your sauces.
Suits perfectly all products which go through emulsification process (such as candies, chocolates, gummy candies). May also flavor fat (butter, cream, edible oils, "crème fraîche" and smooth dairy products).
