Angel hair red hot chili pepper is a chili pepper minced into very thin strips.
Moderately to medium hot, with a slightly fruity flavor, it is an essential ingredient to finalize many dishes decoration: broths, shellfish, fish, carpaccio and tartars, goat cheese, hamburgers, stews, shot glasses dishes, and even in sweet association with chocolate.
Ideally, it should not be introduced during cooking, which would alter its flavors.
Its spiciness is slightly higher than French Espelette pepper.
