To make this yuzu drink, the fruits are cut into half-spheres, each pressed on a bell allowing the extraction of the pulp alone.
This process avoids any bitterness.
The juice is filtered and immediately cooled. It is then added with hot raw cane sugar then diluted with spring water and then pasteurized.
Our perfect combination : we recommend its consumption on crushed or fresh ice. This juice is ideal for making cocktails.
