Whole red pepper from Mondulkiri

This pepper is cultivated in Cambodia's Mondulkiri, ‘Meeting of the Hills’ Province, also called "the Switzerland of Cambodia" due to its lush green hills, peaking at an altitude of 800 to 1000 metres. Mondulkiri is one of the most remote regions of Cambodia and borders Vietnam.

Our perfect combination : this pepper would perfectly partner scallops, a fillet of oily fish, smoked salmon, mashed potatoes or vegetables, a wok-fried dish. It will also bring out the flavours of duck, foie gras, soup or a shellfish broth.
In desserts, use with strawberries, pears, white peaches or dark chocolate.
