Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 1 packet of ramen (ref NISHRLF)
- 1 small free-range chicken fillet
- 30 g of carrots cut into sticks
- 10 g of green onions or scallions
- 1 egg
- 50 ml of soy sauce (ref NISGOTO17)
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of the chicken ramen recipe :
48 hours before :
- Boil the egg for 7 minutes, then place it in cold water to stop the cooking.
- Peel the egg and marinate it in a mixture of 50 ml soy sauce and 100 ml water for 48 hours.
- Put the marinated egg and liquid into a ziplock bag.
For the recipe :
- Blanch the carrots and cabbage leaves in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the carrots in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.
- Cook the free-range chicken fillet in a pan until it’s nicely seared through. Cut into even slices and keep warm.
- Slice the green onions into thin rounds.
- Prepare the ramen by cooking them in 550 ml boiling water for 3 minutes. Once cooked, stop the cooking by plunging the ramen into cold water. Drain and set aside.
- Boil 300 ml of water and pour the ramen seasoning packet into a ramen bowl.
- Add the hot water to the bowl, stirring well.
- Add the ramen, vegetables, and sliced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy immediately!
