We have had a green tea made directly in Iran, using a harmonious blend of Isfahan rose and saffron.
Our perfect pairings : we recommend infusing it at 85°C for 2 minutes when drinking hot.
This tea with its floral and spicy notes is very relaxing.
Used cold, it is perfect in fruit salads.
It makes an excellent meal poured hot over Japanese rice with toasted "bubu arare” starch balls. Infused in a vegetable or fish bouillon, it will make an excellent sauce for red mullet.
