Matcha kit

To make your matcha with your matcha kit :
- put 2 to 4 spatulas of matcha tea in your bowl, i.e. 2 to 4 g.
- then pour 70 to 100 ml of pure, not hard water, heated from 70 ° C to 80 ° C (depending on the quality of your matcha tea; for a very high quality tea, favor water at 70 ° C)
- beat your tea until the tea thickens and a generous and creamy foam forms.
Then enjoy !

Composition :
- 1 80-strands bamboo "chasen" whisk
- 1 bamboo "chashaku" spatula
- 1 ceramic whisk holder
- 1 "chawan" ceramic bowl, ø 13 cm, height 7 cm , colors : night blue or sand
