Ingredients for 6 to 8 mini skewers:
- 1 bottle of Yakitori sauce (ref. NISGOTO2) or Teriyaki (ref. NISNSH2).
- 2 to 3 chicken fillets (approximately 300 g).
- 20 g of Kimchi-roasted sesame seeds (ref. NISTH10).
- A drizzle of olive oil.
- Mini skewer sticks (maximum 8 cm).

Cut the chicken fillets into roughly 1 cm x 1 cm cubes and arrange them in a shallow dish.

Add a drizzle of Yakitori or Teriyaki sauce to the pieces of chicken and mix well to coat each cube evenly.

Thread 4 pieces of chicken onto each mini skewer. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up.

Heat a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
