Tasting notes

Appearance: cloudy
Palate: soft, acidic

Description

It is also characterised by its high potency, which makes it easy to produce a high-quality koji (malted rice).
This is a variety that expresses the flavour, sweetness and fresh aroma of rice, with great softness and delicacy on the palate. This flattering sake offers aromas of melon, muscat grape and nashi pear. The very fresh and fruity palate surprises with a lovely acidity and great sweetness, notes of apple, honey and lemon, followed by very ripe and juicy muscat grape.
