Description
The gentle bitterness of the Japanese yuzu citrus fruit combined with the tangy flavour of lemon create a more complex and juicy experience. Its taste is similar to that of lemonade. It is especially refreshing on the throat in summer. While there are many yuzu liqueurs on the market made with cheap molasses-based spirits, Yuzumon is made with very high-quality distilled rice alcohol (made from 100% rice), benefiting from the Kumamoto Geographical Indication.
